When the time comes to upgrade out of date, power hungry, high maintenance lighting with more efficient LED lighting, if the pole and cross bar is still robust, the Retrofit LED Lighting Solution is the best choice. Installing an LED lighting retrofit is very simple.
The existing lighting pole and cross bar is analyzed to confirm that it is structurally sound and re-usable. The lighting pole and cross bar analysis will also determine the best assembly attachment method taking in consideration the pole, the new LED lighting fixture and the environmental criteria of the site.
The existing electrical infrastructure is usually more than adequate to provide distribution to the smaller electrical loads of LED apron lighting. Most voltage and phase configurations can easily be accommodated.
The LED Lighting Retrofit system includes a new cross arm for the LED lighting fixtures and custom attachment assembly to adapt to the existing pole. Just like a new LED Light Structure installation the LED Lighting Retrofit System comes with the LED lighting fixtures pre-wired from the factory, pre-aimed and tested, a wire harness with quick connection plug-ins, and a new easy access remote electrical component enclosure.
